I see myself as someone who takes leadership within projects and can establish a clear vision, inspiring and motivating my team to bring out their best.

Communication is essential to me. Whether it's presenting my design choices to stakeholders, providing constructive feedback to colleagues, or clearly explaining complex ideas to people outside the design team, I ensure my message is clear and persuasive.

I strongly believe in collaboration. UX design is rarely a solo endeavor, and I function well within a team alongside designers, developers, product managers, and researchers. I value diverse perspectives and know how to integrate them to arrive at the best solutions.

I see complex design challenges as an opportunity to leverage my problem-solving abilities. I can break down abstract problems, explore different solution directions, and make well-considered decisions.

Managing multiple projects and deadlines is not an issue for me, thanks to my strong time management and organizational skills. I work in a structured way and know how to prioritize effectively.
